I had an initial detailed telephone conversation with Helen Bell on a time sensitive matter. She gave me reassurance that she is the right person to help me with the matter and agreed to get back to me the next day or the day after with information on her fees - the intent being to start quickly. On second day she called me to reassure me she is working on it and will be back that day and then nothing! I sent a reminder email late in the day. Then on the third day another gentleman called, who is an external consultant to the law-firm and said that he had been asked to take care of the matter and he only had a broad idea about what I needed and offered to hold a meeting after the weekend! 3 working days down the can. Helen proved to be an unprofessional bait and switch time waster! There was not even the semblance of a proper handover with continuity.

We completed today on a sale and purchase that has been far from standard. Anna and Georgina have been fantastic throughout this 8 month long process and we can’t thank them enough. I can highly recommend these ladies if anyone is looking for conveyancing work.

Wanted legal advice. They wanted us to come to them for a meeting. As a business we expect solicitors to come to us.

Awful experience! 

Firstly I'd like to mention they posted someone else's private documents to myself. 

Secondly I had to constantly chase them for an update. There was no urgency they seemed to take their time, even though it was an easy sale with no chain. 

Lastly they sent us an invoice which we paid straight away and then a week later they sent a second invoice as the first invoice was supposdly incorrect and demanded payment straight away. 

I understand mistakes happen I appreciate this, it was their attitude in demanding payment after it was their mistake, they used the land registry documents as bait to receive payment straight away. 

I wouldn't recommend Andrew and Co unfortunately they weren't very efficieny.

Recently purchased a house.  The service from Anna Fussey and Georgina Lloyd was superb, they are friendly and efficient  and I would not hesitate to recommend them
