I simply had the WORST conveyancing (house purchase) experience with Sills, trading as Bluebird Law. There were a series of clerical errors and long periods of unnecessary delay, with staff members not handing over files to other team members whilst on leave and excuses for not receiving correspondence such as, "Your recorded delivery package was stuck to the back of something else in another post-room." An email to a senior team member went unanswered. The whole process took over three months for a simple cash sale with no chains involved. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Bearing in mind how delicate my situation is, I find that I'm not judged and the team make me feel confident to express myself. Everyone is so friendly and go out there way to help me in any way they can. I feel very confident with there advice and work they do.

Sills Betteridge partners Martin Walsh, Andrew Payne and Richard Bussell have provided a very professional service both to our family and various businesses. The firm has worked tirelessly with inheritance, corporate and property matters. Chrystal Theofanous from Sills and Betteridge successfully defended me recently in a complicated family law case in the Royal Courts of Justice. It was an extremely stressful time and the implications of losing would have been catastrophic for my children and me. Throughout the six months that the case took to be resolved, Chrystal was extremely patient, supportive and professional not to mention very kind and understanding.
