Story

Wildside Cycles is a community hub for cyclists in and around Kent, offering bike sales, servicing, body geometry fitting, fitness assessment and coaching, bike mechanic courses, organised monthly shop rides and the 500 strong royal Tunbridge Wells Bike Ride.

Our main stock dealers are - Specialized, Cannondale, Ridgeback, and De Rosa. Our Workshop staff are fully qualified Cytech mechanics.

I've been to Gary for a bike fit and follow up bike fit...Both experiences were extremely helpful...My cycling has definitely benefited from having this...I also bought a new Specialize saddle, as they give me the opportunity to try it out for 30 days....you can't get that option on line! Also the customer service in general has been great..

Big thank you to the team at wildside for getting me an Argon 18 E11 XS. Fitting it up and perfectly fitting it to me ready for the early season. Have knocked up a couple of early season course PB's. Special thanks to Gary and Glen for the fitting and Glen for the cross fitting if parts. Highly recommended.

Just had my first ride following a Retul fit by Gary - what a different experience! Thought I was comfortable before but now realise that I have a bike in a different league than previously. Superb result and I echo the comments of my wife who also benefitted from a Retul fit. Gary was extremely knowledgeable and helpful - he made the whole experience very pleasant and successful.

I was initially sceptical about a retule fit but was persuaded to do so by our son, an passionate cyclist. How pleased I am that I listened! Today we went on a longish ride (45 miles) ... the first since the retule. It was a joy. I had no pain or discomfort at all. 

Prior to the retule I would suffer from pain in the base of my thumbs, shoulder and elbow aches, some lower back discomfort and very tired legs. Today, nothing at all. I felt as if I was on a different bike and felt I was flying.

Gary was terrific. Patient, thoughtful and caring. The whole process was about 2 hours or so. The bike was adjusted to meet the needs of our bodies. It was worth double the cost of the retule fit. Gary did not try to push any products although I did buy a new saddle (brilliant now) and some new hand grips.

I wish every bike owner could experience this process. It is brilliant.
