I can't recommend this place enough! We initially went for an evening meal but the service was that good we came back the following morning! Wait time for the evening wasn't that bad considering how busy it was, the doorman advised around 45 minutes but to be fair we were sat in the dining area about 20mins later. We were served by the most loveliest waitress called Annie, she was fantastic, extremely polite friendly and helpful. She is a credit to the company! We will definitely be returning soon!
Arrived at the restaurant at 15:30 with 4 people and got our food at 17:00. I understand that the food would be arrived late during holidays but an hour and a half is way too late. The appetizers are nice but the main dishes chicken and beefis kinda overcooked and dry. The staffs are nice and the decorations are cool. But the waiting time is just unacceptable for me.
Disappointed by the dry, £12 burger made with very poor quality beef or just too overcooked, hard to tell. Fries were good. Chicken wings not bad. £6 for a pint of peroni too. Thought it would be good due to the size and prime location but left feeling we could have had a better burger anywhere else.
Save your money! We spent £93 here for 2 adults and 1 child no alcohol. After being informed half the menu wasn't available we ordered 2 x steaks, 1 burger and sides. The food was awful and I mean awful! I've never left a restaurant hungry before. My steak was cooked well so I can't complain about that. We waited for 50minutes and weren't told there would be a wait time. The burger was deep fried and the cheese was disgusting they put that on a stale bun! Looked like a cheap cafe burger. The steaks were fine however everything accompanying them was frozen and I mean raw! They then told me they couldn't replace the steak chips as they had ran out and offered me fries! The garlic bread was literally bread with nasty cheese on top. The mushrooms were Iceland specials deep fried! They've had my money once wouldn't get it again! Although the staff were lovely everything else was not. There are much much better eating places in Blackpool. This one is really overpriced. We left hungry! Disgusting!
Went on 16-11-2022 at around half 7 in the evening, even though the place closed at 8pm we were still seated, served our food and drinks and weren't rushed or hurried by the staff to leave, food was well cooked and everyone enjoyed there meal, prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly and polite. Parking: Central parking is nearby run by the council
Came here for my daughters 6th birthday, the staff was really friendly and polite, the food was absolutely top notch and amazing. My lil girl loved the music and starting dancing lol thank you for the awesome memory
Comfortable seats, friendly staff. Food wasn't great though and the sauce comes in sachets. The burger seems to be hollowed out. Let's just say I've had far better. If you want a good burger head to the Hard Rock Cafe, Big Easy or Dirty Bones.
First time I've been here from a mates recommendation, He said go, but when you come here be careful what you order because nearly everything comes with chips, chips, and more chips. But actually amazing food the mushroom soup at the beginning was and very nice & homemade The half rack of ribs could have been a little bit bigger but still not complaining the meat falls off the bone. and to finish off the cheesecake was like heaven I'd highly recommend this place given it ago and I love it i will Differently come again so.... if you're just visiting Blackpool or even live here give it ago you'll be surprised.
They were so amazing me and my family came in and they were so accessible and answered so many questions about their food. We got a chicken nuggets which the youngest said was delicious as well as some kind of chicken burger which was very nice and a pulled pork burger which was the best I’ve ever had. Not only was the food amazing but the staff were so good with autism and sat us somewhere quieter and came over with the friendliest smiles. Would 100% recommend to anyone
Visited as a family of 4. Arrived at venue, few people waiting however security lady advised 30 mins wait, we were in after 20 minutes. We ordered Ribs, Ultimate Burger and Cajun Burger. All meals came out hot, presented well and really nice. The burger was slight pink inside however piping hot, juicy and full of flavour. One of the best burgers I have tasted, so don't be put off by the colour. All drinks came quickly, only complaint is the hot chocolate came luke warm. Would recommend eating here, staff really pleasant and polite.
