Did a brewery crawl for a friend’s birthday. This brewery has good beers. We especially liked the Meade one. It has indoor and out door seating, dog and kid friendly and toilets are decent. There are records for sale and the music is great. We didn’t eat here though the menu looked good. They serve bbq food. Vegetarian options: Menu is small but there is a couple of vegetarian options. The brewery further down that street has a restaurant menu with more options. Parking: There’s on and off street parking but can be difficult to find and is expensive. Best to pay daily rate, but if you’re drinking then no point in driving! Kid-friendliness: It’s kid friendly Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access with ramp to toilets for wheelchair users.
Lovely beer! You can also buy hot dogs and BBQ nearby.Service: 5/5
A super microbrewery with seating in a huge warehouse with pool tables and borders games. Alternatively sit outside in the sun with a great crowd. Beer was fab, atmosphere great. Loved it.Service: 5/5
28/10/23: Annual trip to JD & Hazels in Hemel Hempstead. This years Ale Trail is the BlackHorse Beer Mile. Fantastic brewery. Special reggae event today. DJ spinning the decks. Awesome choice of craft ale. Brilliant vibe! Sat on the upper terrace! False Gods stout 7.5% and Lovely Dog pale 4.7%Service: 5/5
I haven’t been to the brewery but I spent this morning cleaning up beer from my kitchen after a can of Wild Card exploded. From what I’ve read this is a risk when there’s too much fermentable sugar left in craft beer along with yeast. Probably need to refine their recipe or add a warning to their cans!
Visited in August 2023. Small selection of draft beer has lots of other drinks for those not into beer. The day we went there was a great live dj playing tunes.
Nice selection of tasty beers, draft and bottled respectively in cans. Fast and friendly service. The location has plenty of outdoor space and is in a site street with a dead end, so no traffic noise, but in an industrial area. The brewery itself doesn't sell any food, but as i was there, a mexican food truck was there selling tasty mexican specialities.
This an ideal place to chill in Walthamstow. A very large outdoor space to relax and drink. The prices for drinks are reasonable especially spirits. There is a large selection of craft beers. I was there on a Saturday and I had a tropical slushy made with craft beer. It was delicious. I also had a special cider from the fridge. It was mango and chilli cider. A bit cool as it had a spicy kick that lingered at the back of the throat. If you are in the area, it is the ideal small business to support and have a good time. They don't sell food, but the are always pop up stands appearing from time to time, with a range of world foods.
Great beers, people and food!Food: 5/5
Visited the vegan food market held here. All the food on offer looked fantastic. Bar de baci serving up their deep Fried fritza is the main reason for my visit. I had made it in time before they sold out of their tasty pizzas.
