What a lovely find and just by chance we happened to visit the day before they opened the pre-opening open day! after a major renovation. Absolutely stunning inside, warm and welcoming even from Kitty the resident dog. So many seating options from big tables for 12 to cosy snugs in the rear. Laura the friendly manager showed us round and we got to see the rear and front terrace, gonna be great in the summer. We had a small food taster and it was delicious. Can't wait to go back and have a full on dining experience plus try out the 'Call for champagne' buzzer.
The Lord Palmerston is easily one of my top 3 pubs in London and that’s a competitive top 3!: beautiful and quiet pub garden in the summer, fire place in the winter, excellent food, beautiful decor and amazing service! Perfection year round after a walk on the Heath.Food: 5/5

Untidy and unwelcoming We have lived near this pub for years and have never seen such a mess. It’s almost 8 pm Saturday night, doesn’t look busy. Very unwelcoming.Food: 3/5
Came for Sunday roasts and were not disappointed. Love the general decor and the hidden garden! That doggo portrait was incredible too! Staff were friendly and the food was scrumptious. Can’t wait to be back. Wish I tried the vegan roast but the chicken and the pork belly were on point!! Food: 5/5
Stop by this pub after visiting Highgate Cemetery. Certainly not disappointed. The food was fairly good for a pub. We both had fish and chips. The barkeep was very friendly and solicitous. I love the atmo. Well worth the visit if you are in the area. Highly recommended.Food: 4/5

Had an awesome experience at this pub! The fish & chips were top-notch, crispy and flavorful. Paired it with their cask ale, and it was a match made in heaven. The attention to detail in both the food and the brew was evident. The staff was friendly, creating a fantastic overall atmosphere. If you're a fan of great fish & chips and really good cask ale, this pub is a must-visit!
Very nice pub, we went for Sunday roast and enjoyed the chilled environment.The salad was very nice I wasn't hungry to order the vg Sunday roast but they kindly offered to give me a side dish of vegetables and even gave me some vegan gravy which was perfect . I also ordered a special drink which was kindly done by the team and it was very good! The staff is super nice and they made us feel right at home! The Sunday roasts are very big Will come back again soon! Dietary restrictions: Vegan options
