I can't recommend this practice enough. I have been going for quite some time now (for acupuncture). It has really helped in alleviating pain caused by arthritis in my neck. I tried it as a last resort before taking long term medication and am glad I did. The treatment I have has been tailored to my own needs - seeing a physiotherapist has the added advantage of being advised of helpful exercises I can try etc. The staff are very professional and friendly and make you feel completely at ease.

Have tried to recommend this clinic to a couple of people, hopefully this review will help guide them to the right place! Have been using the clinic for more than 3 years now and have had physio both within and outside the NHS at a range of clinics in the past, some good, some fairly useless. Having stumbled upon this team, I have found them to be excellent. They have helped with knee pain, a bad ankle sprain, and consistently have aided my lower back pain so that I can keep doing the sports I enjoy. The initial assessment for each problem I've presented them with was so thorough, that I now go to them before seeing a GP if I have a musculoskeletal problem. However, I'm confident they would recommend medical intervention if appropriate. The physiotherapy is very reasonably priced, their manner is professional but they put you at ease, and I always feel that their aim is to help me to help myself, thereby doing themselves out of further remuneration! Yes, they are likely to give you exercises to do, but it's worth it, they really help.

Done the assessments but felt the physio was a bit dismissive of what i had to say re my issue. Didnt feel like he was very clear on his diagnosed and he did not email the exercises to continue with as promised.

Young professional lady found her typical of NHS services did not want to listen to background information which, I tried to tell her incase it was impacting on the problem I was having. I would not go back to this clinic I felt uncomfortable with this service.
