Had treatment for sciatica last week with zeina one of the oesteopaths, i felt 90% better straight from the appointment. I was in agony and could hardly walk.  Zeina also gave me some stretches to do each day.Thanks so much for your help. I was fitted in next day,  don't know what I would of done otherwise, so thanks to the receptionist too.
