Having previously had a new battery fitted to my iPhone painlessly, I knew I'd get good service when the charger socket on the same phone was playing up.  Sure enough they sorted the problem in minutes and sent me on my way completely satisfied.  Thanks Alex and Justin.

I had some issues with the parent permission settings on an ipad and was going round in circles trying to fix it myself with no luck. I popped into Western Computers in Cirencester and the chap fixed it straight away. He could not have been more helpful! I am so impressed. Great, friendly service.

Unprofessional, non co operative advisor Alex. Failed to provide repair and accurate information/support about my iPhone Apple+ cover.  Past 5-6months,  I was having the problem with my fully covered iPhone 12pro Max 512GB, it gets unusually warm at top left back, the display gets extremely dark in the sun while using camera and nevigation.  Travelled all the way from Swindon to get this bad experience. Repair was booked while the Apple+ cover was valid. He neither suggested to extend the cover or contacted Apple to find the ways to resolve my matter, it is done eventually by myself. He was even reluctant to show his name and badge for his own reasons. He declined to give his 'inability of support' in writing or any proof of my visit to store.  Alex lacked customer service experience and showed his inability to assist, according to him, this store is an authorised dealer of Apple products not the Actual Apple Store, the attached photo of the note was written in front of him.  I have been a loyal customer of Apple products/iPhone over 15 years in London,  the London Westfield Stratford Apple Store has always provided me great customer care/support as and when required and never had complaints.  Better to save time and avoid this miniature store and go for actual Apple superstore to get competent, adequate and timely support & guidance.

Very disappointed!  I booked a replacement iPhone battery service via the Apple service link. When I arrived I was told it would be ready Friday Week!  Who in this day and age can be without a phone for that long, especially having booked the service - apparently they don’t keep stock! I went around the corner and the guy in the kiosk replaced the battery there and then, and for half the price!

I am happy with the service provided but they have a problem to issue paperwork like a genuine Apple Store. They issue themselves paperwork which is different than an proper Apple Store and  based on insurance claims is tricky. Ask from the  beginning all documents you might needed if not you have to wait around a week for an email reply.

Alex was an absolute star. He showed amazing patience with me being the technophobe that I am! I will definitely be recommending people to Westerns for all things Apple!

Jack was absolutely amazing helping me restore my iPad. Nothing was too much trouble!! So helpful. Would highly recommend the store and everyone who works there!

So very impressed by the service at Western Computer Cirencester.  Justin and one his team was super helpful in getting my iPad working again.  The staff are pleasant, knowledgeable and watching their interaction with other customers whilst I was waiting was a delight!  Thrilled to have found the recommendation on the Apple website.

My phone had been hacked and Alex was very patient and went through everything with me and put extra security on it .Felt so relieved with his assurance that everything was ok .
