I'm confused by the other review as the salesmen are far from intimidating. They listened to what I was after and suggested several options which may be suitable. I ended up spending more than they advised but they still matched another retailers price that I showed them. Once I had chosen my TV and paid, they arranged to bring it around to my house the following morning and installed it which included linking it to my other AV equipment in the way that I specified. They even tweaked some settings on some other equipment which was bought previously from another retailer. The last time I bought a brand new TV online, it didn't work. I sent it back to the online retailer at my own expense who then informed me that the actual surround had broken as I hadn't adequately packaged it. I was therefore not entitled to a refund as it was broken (despite the fact it didn't work anyway!). To add real insult to injury, my email address and card details were then posted on a foreign website where someone tried to scam my bank account. (It was Empire Direct if you are interested). After such a pleasant buying experience, I simply cannot imagine buying Sony equipment from anywhere else!
