Having spent a substantial amount of money on a new kitchen with Wicks our experience with Wicks customer service and their organisation was such a disappointment, I would never recommend them to anyone. We were told they would organise everything to be delivered on our agreed date. The delivery lads arrived and reviewed the routes in and out and told me to remove the hallway mirror as this would hinder them carrying the work tops in the house as they were 3 meters long, therefore, we assumed they had the work tops, however, when our fitters arrived they discovered we had no work tops and the items were part of the kitchen units. This is where the disappointment started - apparently it was our responsibility to order and arrange the work tops not Wicks! even though we paid and chose the work tops with Wicks. Quote - Not our problem, you need to sort if out with Sheridans - if you had used our fitters, we would of ordered the work tops!!! We had a half built kitchen for two weeks, until Sheridans delivered the tops. The quality of the kitchen units get top marks - Wicks customer service and organisation get a big fat zero.

dared to visit wickes to browse and return later same day to purchase.. reveived threatening parking fine trying to make out been there all day! had photos of 1st arrival and 2nd leaving but conveniently no photos in between even though could give very precise times. if going there dont go twice in same day!

Had to get some extra long bolts from Wickes which I couldn't find and the staff were very helpful and quickly found them for me

Good product but very poor service had a kitchen fitted only one fitter who wrecked our property dragging appliances around while ripping us off on installation charges the charges are double to what they quote you. The store in Hereford does not want to know after they have had your money saying after you paid its all over to there customer services who treat customers as an inconvenience they have to put up with and only believe what their fitter tells them. Would not recommend best go to B&Q
