To use the word appauled is an understatement, more like HORRIFIED. Had an awful experience with a very aggressive and confrontational member of staff who vertually had a go at my husband for entering a part of the store that is apparantly off bounds, even though there was no sign stating this (my husband was looking for a bucket). I know people have off days and we never usually complain about poor service but this takes the biscuit... Staff were particularly unhelful and unfriendly. When my husband complained to the manager there was no apology for the irrational and rude behaviour of the member of staff. We are doing an old house up so this store could have made a lot of profit from us, however, will definately never go there again.. Homebase, BnQ and Mortons all the way from now.

Agree with other comments customer service is appalling. We wanted advice and approached the only member of staff we could locate who immediately we approached shook her head and said "sorry I'm going home now" and promptly disappeared.
