Very good place to grab a few bits and bats from. Good selection of food, drink and snacks. Staff are very welcoming and polite and even go out of their way to help if you need it around the shop.
I have just come from McColl's in Baildon and been served by the nicest man ever - James. Service with a smile and pleasant conversation, all whilst being very patient as I cleared his stock of bread . Definitely worth shopping there just for the friendliness at the end of a busy day.

Look into whoever was working the tills around 9 o'clock last night. Guy with short black hair. I'm pretty sure he was high on something because he stood there for about 20 seconds giving me a weird stare before actually taking the money from my hand. Very bizarre experience.
Just pop in to pay for papers. Seems to have a selection of everyday items. Always something on offer at tills.
It's a basic convenience store, it has a good selection of beers, wine and spirits +a very fair selection of popular products, chocolate, vegetables and canned products, also has a free cash machine +cash back on certain cards, staff are friendly and helpful all in all its not a bad store with good offers on various products. I've looked at other people's comments on McColls and I think you should realise this is not one of the big four, it is a relatively small chain, there price's basically reprisent your corner shop if they disappear you will only be left with the super markets and let's be honest if you're going to be taken advantage of that's the place to go
Staff members are very welcoming, the manager is lovely, understanding and generous and the customer service is lovely
