Horrendous service and poor kitchen. Delivery etc was the worst with items not delivered and took over 2 months to recieve everything. Poor CS and even instore was not helpful

Wickes used to good but they down hill now.

Terrible delivery service, we spend £500 at Wickes and paid £30 for next day deliver which took a week to come. Even when it did some of our order was missing! I had to keep going to the store to enquire about my missing order. Scatty service and staff have no clue what's going on. Save yourself your sanity and go where they actually care about customer service!

Very rude staff, we were left standing around waiting for the forklift to move rubbish that was blocking an aisle. The shelf stacker was abnoxios and extremely rude. Oh well Jewsons got £500-00 of our trade instead
