My father bought a 36 universal charger yesterday and was not given a receipt . He went back the next day either for an exchange or money back. The owners on the shop said that's not their policy however they then did not tell my father their policy. If the policy was no refunds or exchange they should HAVE IT WHERE CUSTOMERS CAN SEE and not verbally tell them. They are not very good owners as they do not look after CUSTOMERS once you buy from them, you will not get your money back or exchange. Horrible customer service nor I or any of my family members will go there again.
