Poor customer service from Wickes Leamington Spa
wanted quotes from them for my kitchen and bathroom so was offering them a lot of work. twice they got my appointment times wrong. first time I accommodated them even though it was inconvenient to me but then when i went into store for my second appt they had got that wrong too.
How can you trust them to do a good job when they cant even get appointment times right?
Manager in the sotre didnt seem bothered and no follow up phone call to apologise from the sales guy either.
I would avoid them.
