Our Wickes kitchen has just been finished and we’re completely thrilled with the kitchen and the service we received. All the staff at wickes in Waterlooville went above and beyond to help us, especially Jess, who project managed the whole process and was a delight - very friendly, truly helpful with ideas and helped us come in under budget, and got us more than we thought was possible. The installers Prestige that Jess provided us with were also first rate. Would definitely recommend Wickes. We’re going back soon for a new bathroom.
I very often click and collect...always a very easy process... Prices can be very good too
It's o k staff very helpful they just didn't have what I Wanted worth a visit though
Ordered a kitchen which arrived 3 weeks late, and I'm now going through the ombudsman to seek compensation, as Wickes were not forthcoming and left my in a very difficult situation with no kitchen. Furthermore, I'm now having to dispute an online order through my credit card company for another purchase which arrived damaged - the online orders department pass me to their kitchens department, and kitchens department refuse to speak with me. It's a shame, because their products are good, but their customer service is absolutely shocking. I don't think it's the fault of the staff, I think they just have really poor systems in place and senior management need to address this.
Helpful and efficient staff will process your sale without too much of a queue. They helped me lift a heavy item and always seem to know where everything is! I have noticed prices are up significantly but that is true across the board with all diy outlets. It pays to shop around but if it's only a small difference, I would have no hesitation using Wickes for overall service.
