We started with an email enquiry & the response was fantastic with ideas and photos sent back along with an expectation of possible costs. When we went in store Lacey & her team were excellent and showed us in person what we could have for the space we had and also provided expert advice of what would look nice. There was no pressure - just a management of expectations to meet your needs. Installation team were excellent, couldn’t praise them enough. Respectful, engaging, diligent and provided a high quality result and advice. My wife has always wanted a log burner for so long and now has her dream one installed. Couldn’t recommend enough.
Have always wanted a log burner or fireplace and after I had my central heating replaced and the old back boiler removed that was my chance haven’t looked back this company is ace top of their game from start to finish extremely professional all round. Highly recommend
I saw a competitively priced gas fire on their website. As my house is being renovated I called to ask if they would hold the fire until I was ready for it, Lacey said it wouldn't be a problem so I placed the order which was over three months ago. I called last week and we agreed a delivery day. It was delivered today as promised together with an offer of help or advice should our installer have any issues with the installation. What great service
Emberz Fireplaces have been amazing to deal with when replacing my elderly parents gas fire. So very helpful and understanding which is a real breath of fresh air these days. All work carried out to the highest standards and my parents are very happy indeed. Cannot recommend enough

Fantastic experience from start to finish, quality of the fire and all of the work that was done by the work men that fitted it is top notch, the customer experience from these guys are second to none. Any questions that i had were answered within hours, thank you Lacey and thank you to the guys that fit the fire. I love it.
Excellent customer services, incredibly knowledgeable sales lady. Very helpful, suggesting features we hasn't even considered, she definitely knew her stuff. Competitive prices, knew within10 minutes that her business was the one we wanted to use.
They did an amazing job with finding us a fireplace just slightly above our budget, and service and fitting was done really well. Really happy with the fireplace use it very regularly. Shame about the gas bills but you can't beat real fire to warm you up
Fantastic service, Lacey is so knowledgeable and efficient, I don't hesitate to recommend. Go local, you won't regret it. Fitter was polite, tidy and did a great job. From order to delivery everything was spot on
