The man serving my partner and I had vast knowledge of the many products available here, and helped us choose our first vapes, as we try to stop smoking and snacking respectively. Been vaping 6-7 weeks now, and have returned twice. The products and service are both very good.
They take your order and money despite not having the stock. When requesting a refund they have not replied and no refund!! The shops are the same, lack of stock and almost to the point it looks vacant !!!
Very helpful, but some mistakes of what nicotine shots have been sold to me, I was given the wrong ones with 70VG, they were making the liquid thinner and burning out my coils quicker. Went in Friday 1st July and bought more liquids and asked if they had thicker nicotine shots, the chap Josh was very helpful said the Nicnic are the ones that are supposed to be with 70VG, I told him that the other people have been selling me the wrong ones too me. So far I've not had any problems with the coils, no burning taste. Only other thing they charged me twice and they were willing to help situation. Just need to go back to the shop to say the money has gone out. Best flavour I've had is Passionfruit Lemonade by Lost In Space 'Solar'

Friendly, helpful staff, however continually out of stock of core products, such as own brand vape liquids Cherry Black Ice & more recently 0.6 coils.
The customer service is outstanding, Elliot is fantastic and wouldnt go anywhere else with the amount of positivity and respect he has for customers

Awesome people great customer service , reason for 3 stars is 1. Whenever im in need of a certain liquid you never have it in stock and that goes for all of the other shops you have around portsmouth Seems to be if one of your shops has run out of something all of them have , 2. Its been a week since youve run out of my favorite juice so i decided to go to a little local shop in park parade leigh park Great little shop stocks tonnes of brands and for cheaper much better deals , every cloud needs to up its game !!
Well stocked with every flavour of liquid from 0% nicotine to strong. Will let you try a flavour if your not sure the staff are very helpful and they offer a very big range of vapes, vape kits, tanks or just batteries.
