Visited last weekend. £6.95 entrance for 2 adults and one 4years old. Our little one had lots of fun exploring the soft play, climbing and sliding down the many slides available. 4 stars only, as some of the areas were a bit old or not working at all, and the menu offered was not very tasty. Tried the eagles and ice cream, which had a strange taste. Go as early as you can, as around 11:30 it can get quite busy.
Lovely place to go with kids. Very spacious and different areas for play. Nice party set up if needed.
A nice place for children to play, it's clean, friendly staff. Plenty of seats and tables in the café area plus sofas.
My daughter had a party here last week. The staff were excellent and the party ran very smoothly. The children enjoyed the soft play which is huge and varied so makes it enjoyable for all ages. There was plenty of juice available throughout the party. The children loved the food. They also enjoyed the go karts. I would recommend this place for parties and for soft play trips.
I took my step daughter here first thing in the morning on Friday 21st October. She had the best time. Loads to play and she had the place to herself for a little while. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and drinks there all fairly priced. Will definitely be back again. Top service. Thank you
Fun park for the kids and the young at heart. Quite a number of activities for visitors at the park. Excellent customer service and very friendly staff.
Kids 5 and 7 enjoyed, they have a very high slide. Lots of tables for adults to sit. 2 sofa for older people. Also cheap, there was a kid who helped with the parking. Maybe because we went during Easter holidays. There car park is a reasonable size. The sell chips small plate and large plate. They have toilets. The kids less then 5 years also seem to have liked it.
Absolutely filthy!! Place is falling apart! Prices have gone up :/ Plus they've now decided to charge parents.!
We had our sons joint birthday party and I have to say we had such an amazing time. We hired one of the party huts and had tables outside for the adults to sit and eat. We ordered the Chicken strippers, platter of wraps, chips, somosas and pizza. All came out piping hot and tasted great. It really worked well as the guest and children got to enjoy the play centre and come back to the private area for food, drinks and cake. I have read previous reviews about poor service but not during our experience. We had Maria who looked after us throught out the party and she really did a fantastic job. We and all our guests had a fantastic time.
Was disappointed with the place as they advertise to be clean but it is not. The play zones, although good fun for kids, they are not clean. The seating area was filthy and didn't see one member of staff clean or tidy any, I had to clean the table and chairs we sat at with antibacterial wipes and it was filthy. Food took over half hour to come out... a sandwich. No air con so the place soon heats up, and not good when the kids are running about already hot. Overall was a disappointing experience and will not be visiting again.
