Great space for my toddler. Lots of areas to play in. Cafe area is nice to sit in and have food. Toilets clean and parking easy access. 3 hour parking only don't forget. Cheaper to book online than walk in, as I got charged more maybe it was a weekend that's why. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Would recommend
The toilets were absolutely filthy. Particularly the baby changing area. Thank God I had my own changing mat. The carpets are filthy and clearly haven't been cleaned in quite some time. There's lots to do for little ones but it doesn't feel very hygienic at all. My 3 year old niece found a hair in her lunch. The staff were very nice about it but obviously it shouldn't have been there in the first place. For two kids and a baby they charged £17 on a weekday. For such a high price I'd expect good hygiene
We came here today, I was dubious after reading the reviews but we wanted to try a new soft play. We went at 10:30 and there was plenty of parking. My friends daughter hurt her knee and the staff asked if she needed an ice block and accident form, they were very nice. I ordered some food from the cafe and it came nice and quick. I also noticed the tables around us were cleared away for the next people. Very glad we came today, my daughter and her friends had a lovely time.
Huge soft play, the kids absolutely loved it. Food is good quality for the very cheap price, huge portions. Lots of seating but would recommend booking during busy periods, i.e. holiday/term times as it's a very popular spot. Staff are really friendly and helpful.
The kids absolutely love it here and there is plenty for them to play on, I usually go in the morning during weekdays so it's generally not packed out and plenty of seating with a good view of the play areas, only downside to this place is the cleanliness of the toilets & changing areas, the baby change area has got a lock on but it doesn't work when I asked a member of staff about this I was told it was so other people can use it at the same time but didn't seem to take into account that people may not want to be changing their children around other people or people just randomly walking in thinking it's free or in my case trying to stop the toddler escaping unattended while I'm trying to change the baby
My son absolutely love it here and there is plenty of space for them to play ,I usually go in the morning or afternoon during weekend so it's generally not too packed out and still plenty of seating with a good view of the play areas, only downside to this place is the cleanliness of the toilets & changing areas, and less halal options. But still kids love it. As there is mostly raining and outdoor activities are not always good choice because of weather conditions.
No parking, lots of older kids running wild in the baby part with no supervision, didn't have quite a few things off the menu in stock. Wouldn't return
The place is in a terrible state of disrepair. It smells really musty in there, and there's just an overall feeling of it being grimey and grotty. Meant to take more pics but didn't get chance. However, just picture loads of stains on carpet and rips and tears in most of the soft play areas. Took my little one out of convenience but would not recommend.
Kids played for 2 hours, took them to the toilet, ordered food which took them ages to serve and now received this parking charge claiming we were over 27 minutes late. Nobody mentioned about parking restrictions when we booked the slot and paid for the food. Spent good money and now slapped with this £100 fine. I won't be taking my kids there ever again!
Worst place ever in regards to other parents there who caused a fight. Very bad service when I was told to email and will sort out a refund have emailed numerous times and called. Was told by the manager Laura it will be sorted for me. We had to leave of a incident with another child who I then was threatened by the mother. Very very bad service.
