Overpriced, grubby books. Overpriced stationery. You have to use the self-service tills which are slow. There is always 'upselling' of Cadburys chocolate at till. Shop often has charities inside or outside of the door bothering customers. Awful shop.

I went into this branch today to check my lottery tickets the staff do not know how to use the lottery payout system I was owed £28.00 and a lucky dip but the staff member insisted that it was only £25.00 and a lucky dip  I had to stand there and argue with this person  I finally got the extra £3.00.
My question is how many times has this happened how many customers have not received what they should have?
This needs urgent attention .
