Very very rude costomer service, the cashier should not have a customer facing job! My visit angered me. If only there was a minus star option to review.

Review is of the larger WH Smith after security. Biggish shop with a good selection of books,magazines, papers, snacks and drinks. Prices are higher than high street, although there's a 2 bottles of water/drink for £3 deal. There are manned tills and self serve, with strong encouragement to use the latter, for which you'll need your boarding pass.
