This review is regarding the W.H.Smith outlet at the Rownhams service station on the M27 Westbound.

For some reason they are now shut through the night...and don't open 'til 06:00...which I can understand, because of traffic flow...the M27 not exactly a threat to the M25...when it comes to traffic volume.

But it means that my regular morning paper purchase, is now not available at my regular visiting time of 04:30-05:00.

Shame, a nice coffee from McDonald's and the morning crossword puzzle, always set me up.

Small shop, just enough space for papers and sweets.

Slightly cheaper than the drink shop across the station, nice magazine selection also.

Small and quite expensive (though not to the extremes you get in some stations!). There is a co op just outside the station – bigger selection and cheaper – if possible I'd recommend going there.
