Ordered a book for University 4 weeks ago from October Books, because they didn't have it in stock. I have called twice since then for an update on a rough date when the book should arrive and I was told they would email me. I have now ordered the book on Amazon and it arrived in 2 days.
If you are looking for a text book for Uni I recommend Amazon. They were quicker, easier, cheaper and more reliable.

Very good independent bookstore, with plenty of different kind of books.i always find something completely new and interesting ! :) also lot of fairtrade food there :) but dont expect sainsburys services, this is a community bookstore running woth lots of volunteers. They dont search efficiency but happiness :)
