Used to be a lot better but has gone somewhat downhill over the last year or so. Seems to follow fads and trends now as opposed to the 'go to' place it used to be. Staff are friendly enough, but there's no real special service. Often feels like the entire top floor is now Vinyl Pops which is a shame.

It's all right as a chain geek shop I guess.
However they don't have any back-issues of any of the comics and the selection feels very curated mirroring what ever big trend is going on at the moment.
Their RPG and Boardgame selection is pretty lousy and the prices way to high.
But you can always get the newest blockbuster pop vinyls there.

I often shop in their flagship store near Covent Garden (as I live in London) & found this store in Southampton much much better! It was of course alot quieter, there was time and space to have a proper good look around and the displays they have seem much more thought out! They had a display dedicated to Harry Potter, another to Alien and so on and so fourth. Everything about this branch was wonderful and I truly hope it will be around for many many Many years to come!!!

Great place for everyone. Only 1 star off as some stock are a little late coming in but it’s not their fault. However sometimes on the web it states pre order but actually it’s on shelves. But it’s nice to go and see what they have and might be surprised

Great store, wasn't too cluttered or full with window shoppers. Nice selection of apparel and some find e sculptures. Good selection of board games too, although a bit pricey.
