This relates to the COSTA COFFEE shop at the far end of WH Smiths. We found staff either too 'bored' apparently by their jobs to respond constructively to questions or, frankly, without the necessary English language skills to do so when asked a perfectly legitimate question regarding the price of their products. We will 'vote with our feet' as they say and won't be going there again....oh, and dirty toilets! COME ON COSTA!!!!! YOU CAN DO BETTER! By the way....WH Smith is amazing. Fantastic selection of everything you expect to find here.
