When looking for specific items and time is short, and after a quick look round the store that item cannot be found and does not jump out at you staff are in short supply and able to assist you. There are plenty of staff behind the tills but there should have been a assistant on the shop floor. Maybe there was but Not on the floor i was on. Otherwise as far as i was aware they covered everything to with art,craft, hobbies and pastimes. So form a queue for the cashier if you are looking for something and want pointing in the right place .

Happy that they have a opened a temporary store whilst the other shop is renovated. I always have a really pleasant experience when coming to the store ( even at the other store on fargate as I’ve been visiting the store for some years now ) Also I must mention the great customer service given to me by a young lady at the till , Taf I think her name is ? She always has a smile on her face and is always very polite and helpful , so thank you .
