Awful staff, rude, lazy, have attitude and have no idea how to speak to customers let alone the faintest idea about customer service. Everybody in the area is and has complained about this issue to the head office and has stopped going into this awful shop abd boycotted it. The manager is also hopeless, plenty of people have complained to him and he's just as bad as the staff - hence no surprise the staff are like that, as the manager is also just as bad. Stay away from Whsmith in Ilford. It will close down very soon if it carries on like that and if something isn't done about the staff there. Customers pay their wages and if they stop shopping there, the staff will have to go as well as the store.

went to book shop expecting it to be open but shop is closed 19:45 and cashier said: sorry we are closed... Bloody hell I still had another 15 min for my shopping. Shop is closing 20:00. Staff isn't delightful at all. Thanks for perfect customers service

I asked to post a parcel for Royal Mail 48 hour tracked, and the posted it special delivery, which is more than twice the cost. I asked he why she did this and replied if I want 48 hour tracked I will have to contact parcel force....BUT I thought that parcel force where part of Royal Mail and I could post 48 hour tracked at post office....this happened to me twice within 3 weeks...TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!!
