worse customer service in falmouth.The women behind the till looked like she just been to a metal festival with black hoody and one headphone in.Dint say hello thank you goodbye and its not the 1st time it happen. the shop has a great selection on books shame about the staff
Bought £20.00 headphones just over a month ago only to be told I can't have a refund or replacement due to being faulty. Was told to contact the manufacturer directly there's no buyers protection shame on you WHSmiths. And you wonder why you must close more stores!?!? Shocking. Plus customer service was poor too. I won't be using Smiths again
We intended to buy 3 items, when we went to the cash till we found all items had been displayed with the wrong price. We pointed out that these are not the only ones with the wrong price he said its not his job and put them back on display. Shelf edge price 2x 3. 99 and 1x2.99, till price 2 @ £7.99ea and 1@ £3.99. His attitude was a total disgrace.
The manager of this store is belittling, arrogant and incredibly rude. I won’t step foot in this store again and the fact WHSmith would hire someone like this to manage a store is bewildering to me.
Stocked with all the usual stuff you'd find in any WHS, managed to buy 2 books using self checkout without even seeing a member of staff in the store!
Rude and belittling when looking for the new collection of short letters from Roald Dahl, stating that I must have made it up and then showing me the newest book in the Dahl collection, the treasury of which I've owned since I was a young boy.
Nicely located in Falmouth town center, got quite a lot of handy stuff.
Staff at Falmouth branch are very helpful If you have a problem that involves the shop they will help you
