A typical university book shop, exceptionally expensive. The only redeeming feature is the price match for students, so try and find it cheaper online first

Fab staff - able to get a book that Amazon Prime didn't have!  Keep real bookshops with real and knowledgable staff.

I cannot fault their service and have used them on numerous occasions over a number of years.
They can't do enough to help you what ever your requirements are and I find it extremely difficult to understand another posting stating that they had a very bad experience and that the staff were rude. 
I have never experienced this sort of treatment from them and I can't help but think the person making the complaint was in a totally different shop !!!
