I went to this shop today to look at their fish, when I left I closed the door behind me because at the moment the "Beast from the East" is bloody cold and I didn't want the cold getting into the shop. Anyway, 20 mins later I  went back to the shop to ask a question, but before i could ask was told i had closed the door on another customer leaving behind me when I left the first time. And then she had the gaul to tell me the next time I left her shop "Check behind me first". 
So much for friendly support your local shop, this experience was not good:( and I will never go back their again.

Great family run business, reasonable prices, always happy to give advice and always helpful in choosing the right pet for yourself or family etc

Very nice people run this business. Always polite and helpful I've been going there now for 2 years to get my cats food and other supplies. I love the fact that they are true animal lovers and always put the animals first.
