Excellent had a good deal on straw for my rabbit which was cheaper than other places I've bought it from before. Fun to go here with my son he loves to see all the reptiles and fish!
I visited to go to the aquatic centre but was not impressed. Not many fish at all and not a great variety either. Tanks did not look particurlary well kept. Maidenhead Aquatics in Osterley id definately the better place for aquatic supplies
Dead fish in tanks, nobody available to help, and when one person was found, they were not exactly friendly or interested in helping. Management needs to improve. Pets at Home in Brentford is far better with friendlier and more engaged staff who know what they’re doing.
Good selection of food for "exotic" pet's, with regular weekly deliveries. Haven't looked at the fish section for a while but used to have a limited selection but again most of what people need
Lovely, loads of different fish, all beautifully kept, many accessories for them and tanks etc, a must for all who keep fish, I dont but loved looking!
Good fun for a visit on a wet and windy day with little ones.
Where are the basic fish tanks? not everyone wants top of the range flash tanks. Too expensive Why are there no tin cat food? My cat would need 4 sachets a day, tòo expensive, plus she can't eat dry food. Not enough choices.
As always a great place to go. Lovely food in the cafe and great Christmas decorations
Had to return a item which was unsuitable for my fish tank.Had a good choice of fish
Shop is good but sadly, did not have what I needed this time
