You can get the majority of items for your pet.  It sells live stock I.e rabbits hamsters fish and reptiles. 

It has a very good veterinary surgery in the store which is very clean and tidy. 

Could have more staff to attend the customers needs apart from that very good.

Groom room is horrendous in all branches but especially this one. Staff are abusive and don’t know how to look after pets in a calm manner to help their separation anxiety, the cut was horrendous looked like something a 3 year old had done. What the hell is going on here ? Are you guys even qualified? Should be shut down for good.

Never enough staff in the shop to help.  I always feel I am on my own.  There is one person at the till .

Sold me Frontline, which the vet has later informed me is useless against more than one flea. Wouldn't mind so much, but their website was having issues and wouldn't let me cancel online, and I spent half an hour on hold on their phone line. On an entirely separate note, keeping animals in those tiny viewing enclosures they have in store is pretty horrible.
