Been trying to get an appointment for my daughter for 2 days n Been on the phone for 20min for them to tell me there is no appointment left this doctor's r a joke they have 3 sights n no appointment at any of them not happy at all

Brilliant doctors surgery and they do not warrant the negative comments. Phone line emergency appointments work great, ring back service is excellent. Prescriptions passed to chemist too so can collect even when surgery is closed. Great of doctors. Resilient staff that put up with a lot of unnecessary abuse. Always served me well supporting my disability, so much so that I have joined the Paruebts Participation Group and I am proud to be a member. Keep up the good work!!

Due to illness over the last year I have had to attend Ashgate Medical Practice on several occasions. This has involved communication with receptionists, nurses and doctors. On every occasion I have found all to be polite, professional and courteous. I have been treated as an individual with consideration for me as a person and not just a condition. I have never felt rushed and always felt listened to. Many thanks for your care.

Pleasant surroundings, clean and modern with some really lovely staff the only problem is just how busy it is and how difficult it can be to get appointments.

The fact that you have to be there at like 7:50 to make an appointment I find isn't the best system; hence the 4 stars. However, my last doctors visit was incredibly good and a doctor has finally listened to my problems instead of reducing it into nothing. I've finally got the medication I need because they actually listen to you. I'm so so happy I went here😊 (The doctor was Dr. Blagdon)
