Staff were lovely and helpful, offering us tasters of the hot chocolates we were looking at. The white hot chocolate and the mint hot chocolate were absolutely lovely. The hot chocolates they sell are so flavoursome. Good deal of 2 for £12

Clean and tidy layout, found products easy to locate. Quick checkout.

Visited the store yesterday with a friend. We were warmly welcomed and left to browse at our leisure without being bugged.   Staff were friendly and helpful especially the lady that served us at the hill. We received free tasters and free samples upon purchasing.  Amazing selection of products. Well worth a visit

The assistant was helping other customers, but still asked us if we wanted to try a sample of hot chocolate. She spent a long time with the other customers trying to find out more information on ingredients for them. They decided what to purchase left. The assistant then concentrated on us to make sure we had found everything we needed.

Interesting and tasty selection of teas & coffees, together with colourful mugs and crockery. Make excellent gifts too! Love popping in to this store to see new ranges. Staff always friendly and helpful!

Great shop with large range of tea and coffee, which all carry good discounts. There are lots of free samples and the staff are really helpful and knowledgable about the products they sell. Overall a 5 star shop which is definitely worth a visit!

I get my fav Raspberry Ripple pink Hot Chocolate from here it's delish, I'm not a tea or coffee drinker so this is great if I fancy a hot drink. There are various fruit teas & other hot chocolate flavours to choose from. Not the cheapest place but I've yet to find anywhere else that stocks something like it so I'll make the hr drive to stock up - it's that good.

Delicious tea and samples given.  They will even make up tasters for you.  Staff really friendly and the tea range is awesome!!  Wonderful little teapots too! Its a beautifulvplace to go and the tea is really heavenly!!!

I never fail to visit this outlet when I am at Braintree Freeport. Indeed, that is usually the main reason for going there. Whittards tea is second to none and they always run a multi-buy discount on loose-leaf packs here - 6 for £25, which is a £17 saving on the price in their other stores. But they don't sell empty caddies. And they have a line of fruit "teas" which are near enough 100 percent sugar and I don't think this sits well with their traditional product lines and is not something they should be encouraging.

We buy Imperial  Christmas tea here and went to stock up as we can't do without it. Totally delicious.
