The covid measures put in place here make no sense whatsoever - basically creating a bottleneck for entry and exit. No pumpkin spice syrup since 1st October despite a tonne of posters in and around the store advertising it! Service is quick and staff are friendly.
Overpriced coffee stale cinnamon roll
Fantastic service after spilling coffee on floor all moped up with a smile and then presented with another coffee. Now that's what you call customer service thanks to the two gentlemen staff at Chelmsford High Chelmer. Well done Starbucks I'll try and keep my coffee in my cup next time promise
