I visited a gallery in Bath with my partner in the summer and he fell in love with a painting but Bath isn't my local gallery so when it came to choosing his Christmas present I remembered the painting and got in touch with the Birmingham gallery. A chap called Daniel Jack was very on the ball and immediately came straight back to me. His customer service was absolutely faultless and he couldn't do enough for me - he has even chased up to see how well the present was received. Daniel went above and beyond and is an absolute asset to the gallery. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again and to recommend him! Thank you Daniel

If you're not buying, get out :  This was this impression I got when I visited the Clarendon Fine Art gallery in Birmingham, for the third time!  The gentleman who greeted me claimed to have worked at the gallery for 8 years. As I work in sales myself, I seriously value relationship building, whereas this sales rep neither introduced themself nor asked for my name. I felt discriminated against, possibly because I was dressed causally and I was not intending to buy on the spot!  I told this gentleman that I don't own any Art and I did not disclose any budget I had. I simply wanted to admire a few pieces I had seen through the window. This rep claimed that's fine, but then persisted to ask me questions including, which pieces do I like the most, how many pieces do i own already, what's my timeline for buying a piece, who would I buy with, what I do for work...  How desperate are you to make a sale? May I admire the Art in peace?  I will not be inquiring at the Clarendon Birmingham through this salesperson, which is a terrible shame as they had some interesting prints.

A lovely gallery and extremely friendly staff

My Partner and I visited the gallery in Birmingham yesterday and I cannot praise the service more.. friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. Joe Sweeny went above and beyond and we will be back. Thank you for a fabulous experience. X

Great gallery with fantastic artwork!! Staff are really knowledgeable and helpful. I have spent many a lunch break there just browsing and chatting to staff. Has helped me to understand and appreciate art a lot more!! Do visit, you will be pleasantly surprised!!

I visited this Whitewall Gallery to purchase a specific piece of art that I had seen earlier in the week.  I waited for 25 minutes whilst the lady at the desk chatted to the person in the other end of her mobile phone call.  Eventually I had to catch my train empty handed. Whilst initially sad about this, my trip wasn't a total loss.  From the phone conversation I learned some useful facts... Apparently the food selection at the Slug and Lettuce is a disappointment, but after enough wine, it's bearable.  The lady's friend has exceptionally bad luck with men and can't help dating 'losers' I quote  Her friend doesn't have a car, since her loser boyfriend took it with him when he left to live their mutual friend what a scum bag

Beautiful gallery. Joe is such a helpful fun guy. Visit whenever we are,in Birmingham.
