I had my arm grabbed quite forcefully by a member of staff today after I tried a coat on over my jumper. Apparently, no clothes can be tried on at all at the moment. Perhaps signs to this effect or a friendly reminder might be better than the young male assistant running across the store and physically grabbing customers, particularly when social distancing is supposed to be observed? I am actually quite stunned by what happened today. I have been a loyal customer here for many years but I can't imagine wanting to cross the threshold again :
This is a very nice shop with quality stock, if a bit on the expensive side. A good venue if you are looking for a gift for a friend or all member. Very well worth a visit.
Don't buy a gift card from these cowboys. They require you to scratch a pin number off the back. Mine fell off while I was doing this and they are now saying it's invalid even though the card was faulty. £35 gone even though I had a gift receipt
Items well laid out. Very helpful staff..
They do have really nice stuff in here however it is expensive. Staff are really helpful and happy to help.
