We absolutely love it here Geoff and Sue are so welcoming and the site is fantastic, clean and modern facilities with the lovely addition of a boot/dog wash which is certainly needed after a good stomp when the weather is not behaving! Holmfirth village is a lovely walk down the hill, the views from the site and on any walk are fabulous and we feel that the night sky is one of the best we have seen. We highly recommend staying here and we will back
Lovely spot, great views, awesome sunrises and sunsets. Clearly marked pitches and electric points, spotless loos and showers, helpful friendly staff. Everything has been thought of and executed well. Field is a bit undulating, you need to pick your spot carefully if you want to be completely level.

Great campsite, toilet/showers were spotlessly cleaned, only stayed for one night. Great views,10 minutes from the lovely town of Holmfirth where we saw a great gig at the Picturedome .
Friendly campsite, possibly the cleanest shower block ever seen. Small site, and in a wonderful cycling and walking area. Handy for Holmfirth, which is downhill. Lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be back.
Quiet, well maintained site. Amazing views and very friendly owners and staff. All facilities in superb condition and pitches are good. Highly recommended. Good to know, see driving instructions from their page. GPS navigators will lead you to very narrow single line roads.
Really clean facilities, a very pleasant small site. The site owners were very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately we were disturbed by a number of unruly children during our stay.
Beautiful location, very clean facilties, but being so high up, it is a very windy site. If you caravan camp it's good but tent can be difficult.
Nice out of the way camping clean and tidy friendly staff most helpful toilets and showers really clean. Just needs a roof over the washing up facilities for the wet weather.
Another great short holiday here! It’s up in the hills so it can be windy sometimes, but it’s part of the experience. It was calm although a bit drizzly while we were there, but it is still a great site. Big open field with modern toilet and shower block. Big outdoor sinks attached to the side as well for washing up, with red hot water available. Showers are great pressure, and perfect temperature throughout the day. The facilities are the cleanest I’ve experienced on any site. Absolutely perfect. Pitches aren’t perfectly level in the tent area, but are extremely well maintained. Geoff and Sue are the friendly owners and are always on hand to help if you need it. There is a track at the side leading to some great gravel tracked walks through the nearby pine forests, and there are secret waterfalls and reservoirs to be found! And some Geocaches It’s a regular site for us now, and we’ll be back again soon.
