We absolutely love coming here for Thai! We chose of the Thai menu and our children of the English side. The food is incredible and the option to chose both menus is so good for us.
Mixed grill, requested medium done. Steak was very rare, i could not eat it. The chips were hard, burnt and dry. Clearly they had been reheated. The onion rings where vile, the oil that they had been cooked in was so over used and dirty it even discoloured the batter. All i could taste was this horrible taste of oil, my partner had the same experience. Very very disappointed
I do crave the Thai Green Curry from the White Swan on a daily basis. my favourite go to spot when we come over from Ireland to visit family. Pub is small and cosy food is fricken amazing staff are friendly and always have smiles to give.
Just like to say...a big thank you to Catherine, Jason and all the members of staff for making me and Bons ...pooch...so welcome. We had a leaving do and the Thai food was amazing. Beer brilliant, food brilliant, atmosphere great. Mention to Dave, Grandpa Dave, Shelley...Georgie for your friendship. Trish and I respect you all thanks for the love..see you maybe in Pickering.
Excellent Thai food also English menu at decent prices, good beer and they have some cracking bands on. Welcoming atmosphere
