A frequent visitor to The Foxglove,and with the same table reserved,are looked after regularly by Josie who ensures we are always made to feel very welcome,checks in to be sure we have all we need and never fails with her warm and welcoming smile.nA great place for relaxed drinks and dining ;Matt the Manager really cares that you have a good experience at the Foxglove, and this is the same with his team.nDefinitely recommend
Had a lovely meal and the staff was amazing. They lit the fire even though it was just put out.Josie was a fantastic server. Food was very nice. Will be back. We ate a meal but didn't take any photos of that.
We came last week, and I have to say it didn’t disappoint. I had the chicken pie, tasted as good as my nan’s! The log burning fires made it feel homely and the excellent service we received from Emma was most certainly 5star! We will definitely be back to taste the rest of the menu!
Had the best meal here in this quaint British pub. The food was amazing and our server Josie was awesome and always checked on us. They also accommodated our allergies both gluten and nuts and we felt very comfortable eating here. We are also staying in the hotel and have a lovely room. We will be back again if ever in the area.
Came here for Sunday lunch, the food was great and the place itself was lovely, however the bar service could have been a lot better. The staff behind the bar seemed to be actively trying to not serve/ ignore you. Other than that, as usual, great for a vintage inn.
