A very nice place with a good selection of food. I thought the service was down to earth and fun; not super fancy but nice friendly Yorkshire banter. Excellent selection of ales when I was there.

Was passing having not been here for a number of years decided to stop in for a spot of lunch. I'm very happy to report that the quality of food is as good as I remembered if not better. Very tasty and freshly prepared. Helpful and attentive staff. Cozy seated areas with open fires. Reasonably priced for the quality of the food. Plentiful parking and free Wi-Fi. I defiantly won't leave it this long for my next return visit!

Nice cosy place for a meal out or just a drink or two. I think you have to book for the restaurant but there's always the bar area and I think it may be the same menu?
