Nice & bright store with the ladies clothing sections to the front ,middle & now encroaching into the mens clothing area at the rear of the shop.Theres stil enough space left to provide a good choice & variety of clothes for the fellas near the changing rooms .I also find the store staff to be very welcoming, pleasant & helpful if required,never intrusive with the hard sell act which I never like .You are just left to browse at your own free will.Any purchase payment can be made by cash or card .
Do you know what. I adore White stuff clothes. Sadly I think it’s the manager ruins this place. I felt I was looked up and down. Some staff in there have been lovely but my initial and then sadly continuing view is that the staff project a pretentious energy which I believe starts at the top with the manageress. Sorry. It was a scenario where they were technically not rude. But just not genuine. I had to win them over and do all the work to make them take the time to be kind. Sorry white stuff. Your staff need to pop next door to Fatface to see how it’s done. The staff their are genuine and lovely. Beautiful shop. Great play area for children and biscuits and drinks are a brilliant idea. Just need to hire a different ilk of person. Preferably staff who actually like the general public. Sorry to be harsh!
SWMBO enjoyed it. The staff were knowledgeable and chatty without being pushy, saying that a garment didn't suit rather than ooh that looks nice. There is a blokes section at the back of the shop, all very nice and trendy. Will we go again? I imagine we will.
