Placed order 11th December and have still not received any products or a refund despite my phoning, emailing and complaining regularly. It has been 6 & a half weeks now. Delivery company have completed their investigations and agree the product has not been received by me and yet still I have no refund. I have had to raise a dispute with credit card company to investigate and try to get my money back because Masdings are the most dispicable, non-customer service oriented company on the internet. If I could give less than one star I would.

Would never shop there again tried to return a faulty item they aren't interested at all Staff have no customer skills at all didn't want to help Would not advise anyone to shop there
