1 star is being kind to be honest. Always had trouble with these. Changing locks for no reason but apparently never 'happened before' when one of my customers have been locked out. Amongst other things. Super rude. Not a hint of good customer service skills from anyone. Read other reviews and all say similar things. Surprised they have been in business so long. Avoid if you can and save yourself the stress and hassle!

EXTREMELY rude people and the service is unbelievably shocking! I mean how hard can it be to run a storage facility? they still take payments even after you paid upfront for 6 months and then they check your units when they want and put the wrong locks back on, leaving us with a van off the road because its now full of furniture as we cant get into our unit that we paid for! now we have got one very unhappy customer who is expecting us to turn up with an empty van thats full because we couldn’t empty it!

A whole lot of nopes on this one. They cannot be arsed to reply to emails or provide clear pricing either on their website or even over the phone. When asked, repeatedly, for pricing and dimensions of what units are available they deflect or answer the questions in ranges or not at all. They seemingly think that pushing you to sign a contract without the above information or an ability to review the terms ahead of time is a good sales tactic.  I would chalk this up to what seems to be pervasive poor customer service in the UK, but this is just bad business and shady as in addition to that.  They are rude to the point of hanging up if you don’t give into their limited information provision.  Stay away. Far away from this one.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They ignore emails and are then extremely rude over the phone. Wanted us to sign up without being willing to give accurate pricing, only price ranges. When asked to clarify pricing they hung up the phone. Lol, that will be a no, thanks.

Customer service?  Units nice and clean, but no written contract, which means that they manage to scam an extra month off you. Even though you give them a months notice of intention to vacate, if that date is over your payment date they just take a whole month off you regardless - I'm the 2nd person I know who has fallen for this. Do trading standards know this is how they opperate?

Very rude on the phone when I asked for a viewing. Heavy pressure. The person wanted me to pay 6 months up front before I had even inspected a unit. Why would I risk my hard earned cash to 'reserve' a unit that might not be right for me? I'll keep looking, thank you.

Staff are rude and like they don’t want to talk with bad attitudes wouldn’t recommend to anyone lookin for storage

The site requires a collection point for rubbish. My property overlooks this site, renters throw their rubbish on to the top of containers and is unsightly and will stay there forever.

Pleased with the storage unit I rented, staff communication brilliant and security of units excellent too. Highly recommend them.
