Excellent service. I needed a storage unit for some furniture and household items that needed a home for a few months. This was very convenient with excellent facilities and easy access. I also rented the Office Pod as a temporary base while I waited for a suitable office space. Excellent value for money, friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend we both a storage facility and a convenient office space.
Took on our storage unit today, this company has been exceptionally helpful in helping us get into a container that suits our needs. The container is very clean and bone dry. Helen has been very helpful right from my first visit to enquire about a unit. Nice, clean, secure yard and very well kept.
An excellent facilty with equally excellent staff! Added thanks must go to Rachel and the team for quickly sourcing me a replacement key when I misplaced mine! Brilliant customer service.
Great customer service. Both staff I encountered have been friendly, helpful and welcoming especially as we're relatively new to the area. Just to update the post 8 months later, I finally handed back the keys for the storage unit and the level of service from beginning to end had been excellent. To add that Rachel has been a class act in relation to an issue we had. If you want an example of great service, just come here!
Facilities and staff at Middlewich excellent. Stored in large container for over a year at a good rate in a safe secure, easily accessible location. Just about to vacate and all contents dry and in good condition. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.
We had two units with the company and the staff are extremly efficient and very helpful. Havent recently just moved into our new home and no longer required the storage Jake arranged a prompt refund of an overpayment. Storage is immaculate and the premises and units are very secure. I have rented a unit at Middlewich for a few months for personal belongings while between homes. The service I received from Jake and his staff was first class. The unit was clean and dry and utterly secure and there was round the clock access without any problems. The staff were always very obliging and helpful and were happy to offer alternative solutions and they provide the padlock!! Can't recommend highly enough and will certainly use again if I need to
Jake and Helen are a 5 star service in themselves. What an amazing service! We had such a stressful move which has resulted in us renting the unit for over 4 months instead of the intended 2. Jake was wonderful every time I called, reassured me that everything was fine and there was no rush, we’re still in the unit now and we feel like our precious home items are well protected and secure. Helen showed us around and was there to answer any questions we had. If I ever move again, I wouldn’t even think of anyone else, I would always come back here. High security, great sized units and the best customer service around, it’s also 24 hour access which is a god send, you never know what you might need at 1am
