Absolutely lovely little pub with super friendly staff, dog friendly, warm fire and cheap but tasty food. And all run by the local folks who so need a great social resource like this. Thanks for a really lovely visit.
Lovely home cooked meals, big portions! Nice desserts, felt very welcome. Definitely recommend!
Lovely place for a drink and a nice meal Sunday lunch was lovely with huge servings of yummy fresh meat and a variety of vegetables best yorkshire puddings in Wales!. Overall, a comfortable and friendly environment. Highly recommended but bookings are necessary for Sunday lunch and dinners.
Fantastic, proper, local pub. Very welcoming staff, great range of beers and excellent, value for money food. And it’s dog friendly! What more do you need?
Great local community pub. Always great food, great service and good company to be found. Very family and pet friendly, a must for any visit to St Dogmaels
Had a wonderful 3 evenings in here locals very friendly also had 2 meals in here with family outstanding service with nothing to much trouble, would use this pub if lived locally, will be back down again soon and will make sure I visit again.
Just moving furniture into our new house. Needed food and beer after a very long day. Popped into the pub, which felt very welcoming. Chatting to the waitress on duty sorry we didn't get your name , who was extremely helpful with local information. We'd arrived just as the kitchen closed, but the chef rustled us up scampi and chips, which were fantastic. The real ale was very good . Stereophonics playing live at Cardiff, on the TV got to love 'em, even our little dog was happy! Fantastic place and when we move in full time, will be regulars.
Awesome friendly community pub. Good range of beers, great food that it good value to meet almost all dietary needs. Perfect for both eating and just having a drink and watching the sport
