I'm visiting my Dad and developed a painful rash around my ear.nDue to flying home I was worried the rash could become worse with two days of travel.nFrom the receptionist, the trainee nurse, NP Russ and the other staff. Everyone was extremely caring, smiling and efficient.nI was shocked how fast I was seen, treated and sent on my way with antibiotics.nI really appreciated all of you, thank you.
Went to Whitby Hospital this morning, the staff were attentive friendly, they explained every process.nCouldn't wish for better staff from the receptionists, triarge, female doctor and x ray lady.nThank you do much for looking after us, I know we did make you laugh.nYou are all amazing.nJoanna Cockrem
Visited my Mum here who was recently transferred back from Scarborough. Good Car parking. We visited the 3rd floor after making a visitor enquiry over the phone the previous day logging in our car on Entry for the parking system. Nice Friendly staff and very clean
After suffering a slip and damaging my knee the 1st night after I arrived for a 4 night getaway had to attend the walking centre. Was extremely clean and very well run and organised. From start to finish was seen patched up and out within 45 min. Staff were brilliant. Wouldn't wish anyone has to attend but if you do you are if good hands
Went up with suspected ringworm on my arm had a bit of a wait but was seen nurse was very nice talking to me seem my arm said it was ringworm gave me a prescription for a cream to help it when I asked her if I was OK.to volunteer said take a couple of days off and then wear long sleeves for 2 weeks no problems hospital was very clean and tidy
