Upstairs is more quiet to meet friends for good natter. Downstairs can get quite noisy especially when kids are also in. Coffee really nice and not too strong unlike other chains of coffee shops.

I'm a regular here! I love this place, it's cosy and food is fairly priced. It's not as busy as the Costas, Starbucks or Nero as it's sort of hidden from view. I would give it  five stars but unfortunately the staff come across grumpy often, thankfully you only have to deal with them for a minute!

Very friendly great atmosphere and the food is fresh and appealing we visit here most days for a coffee or something to eat

It's an amazing place. I love coming here. When I imagine an ideal cafe, it's very similar to the Diggle's :-)
