First time going there today and the service was amazing so helpful and friendly. I bought a full tank set up and a axolotl everything has been perfect. I'll definitely be coming back and becoming a regular. Top service. Thank you so much. Highly recommend

Been using Wet pets for many years, have always found the services to be good and the knowledge even better. I have read all the review below and having brought lots of fish, plants and equipment from them, i have never received anything but a warm welcome and sound advise. All the fish and that's lots i have gotten from them over the years have always been healthy and happy. Whenever i have lose a fish, it is normally down to my own error a snack for my angel fish or to water quality Ammonia or Nitrite spikes.
Excellent service as usual. Used them for years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Wet pets customer service and after care is the worst I have ever experienced. Yes their trailers and vans etc look pretty aesthetically but they are poorly and quickly put together. They feel rushed. I think they have spread too thin maybe and have sales targets and goals so compensation to unhappy customers just isn’t a thing?! I would never touch this company again with a barge pole. They have almost destroyed my livelihood with a factory fault in the design and making me foot the bill to get the vehicle ‘back to base’ for the warranty they are miles away in the middle of nowhere and it’s never been right from day 1 I’ve just spent thousands and thousands of pounds on a substandard product and footed a bill close to £1000 to get it fixed by them at their god forsaken ‘base’ they don’t care about their customers they care about small print. Let s not even talk about my lost earnings over all due to this fault in. Vehicle that causes water to pool as well as break pumps by getting them water logged etc it’s been an actual nightmare. They don’t care that they design trailers that turn into swimming pools. They just don’t care. They have my money they have zero foresight into what my grooming business could become and my future use of their company. They have given me practically a nervous breakdown and offered me zero upon zero of compensation even after begging. absolutely horrified by how things have changed since I said oh wait no that’s not right or fair. Horrible horrible customer service and company to have the pleasure of ever doing business with so I warn you -beware.
I went there for the first time and I am really impressed by the place. Plenty of various fish, decorations and very friendly staff. I think the guy who served me is the owner. Very nice guy, helpful and with a smile on his face, the one you want to see everywhere. This shop kind of reminded me of my home country with little, homerun decorative fish shops. I will definatelly go back there to buy some fish for me newacquarium. 5 stars!
Well kept stock and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with any enquiries you may have. Every thing you expect from a specialist shop that deals with only aquatic animals

Got a full set up and great advice from the owner he explained everything from start to finish even offered to test the water from my tank very reasonably priced on all products in store have been back a few this week to get fish and plants ect also took family there for for fish and will be returning again thanks for all your help and advice very appreciated
